INJECTION MOULDING

Our Injection Moulding Manufacturing process is used to producing parts by injecting plastic material into a mould. We specialize in small plastic parts such as casings, electrical accessories, cups, and canisters and canisters and other custom product design and specifications.

For Injection Moulding manufacturing we have:-

injection moulding machines range from 80 tonnes to 250 tonnes.
24 production hours by 6 days. We close on Friday

BLOW MOULDING

Blow Moulding is a manufacturing process where the heated plastic material are melted and extruded into a parison ("hollow tube"). Air is then blown into the parison and inflating it into the shape of the mould when the parison is captured by the mould.

For Extrusion Blow manufacturing, we have:-

blow moulding machines (range from 30ml to 10liter).
24 production hours by 6 days. We close on Friday.
